Brian graduated from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. He began his real estate career in 2006, buying and selling as an investor. In 2011, he expanded his business infrastructure and scope through building a team and integrating the traditional representation of buyers, sellers and investors. In 2014, he acquired a small, local brokerage and created the vision for what is now, North&Co. Over the last decade, the Metro-Phoenix marketplace experienced some of the most vigorous and tumultuous market-shifts in the United States. In that time, Brian became a student of the market, and its ever-changing conditions; in a pursuit to find better ways to engage with the consumer, secure a clientele-based business and refine how real estate is transacted. Brian is driven by his own personal pursuit to merge old-school with new-school tactics, and reinvent inefficient business models. Phoenix has been a breeding ground for doing just that. From seasonality, lifestyle and investor-trends to bubble explosion, bubble implosion, rebound and revival, Brian has a ‘knack’ for identifying ways to create new opportunities, regardless of market condition. His strategies are tested and proven through his sustained success as an investor, an individual agent, a team-lead as well as founder of one of the fastest growing, and most productive, residential brokerage firms in Arizona. Brian is viewed as an industry influencer. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and regularly speaks across the U.S. at major local and national industry events. Stephanie has been in the real estate industry since 1996, holding positions in sales, service, support, management and leadership with top local and national brands. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Sociology. Prior to being in Arizona, Stephanie served as the Director of Education for Coldwell-Banker in the San Francisco Bay Area, worked in the training department for retail magnate Nordstrom and sold real estate in the competitive Beverly Hills market. Since arriving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2005 Stephanie worked for local giant, Realty Executives. In her nine years with Realty Executives she worked for both the international franchise as well as the local Phoenix brokerage. The last position that she held at the local brokerage was the Executive Director of Support Services. In this role she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the company’s training/education, events, business development, social media, communications, public relations and marketing departments. In April of 2014, Stephanie Gonzalez was named the Chief Operating Officer of North&Co. In that position she is responsible for the operations, support services and strategic growth of the organization. She proudly works closely with CEO, Brian North, to maintain a brokerage that is nimble, innovative, relevant and ultimately offers a unique proposition to both consumers and their elite agent population.

Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Michele’s leadership career began through working in retail management and customer service. Michele first earned her broker’s license in Washington state in 2005. With the dream since childhood of working in real estate, her dream grew into a reality when she began working in a small, boutique brokerage in Washington state. With the experience that came with working with innovative land developers and residential specialists, she took to the challenge that came with training new agents as well as understanding the constant shifts that occur within this industry. When she made the move to Arizona in 2008, she started working part-time in short sales. In that position, she found herself the perfect opportunity to move back into real estate. Her journey with North&Co. began in 2011 when she was working under the previous brokerage before its acquisition and rebranding to North&Co. Through business developments along with the North&Co. transition, she was named Designated Broker. Michele approaches her position with a focus on the importance of the protection of agents and consumers at the forefront. Working closely with every agent at the company, Michele Williamson lives and breathes the dynamic culture that North&Co. bursts with. She finds herself inspired and motivated every day by the amazing talent within this brokerage.

Originally from Southern California, Lauren relocated to the beautiful mountain town of Flagstaff, AZ where she attended Northern Arizona University. Lauren received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management and was a member of Chi Omega. Prior to joining the North&Co. team, her professional background consisted of working in various segments of the hospitality industry. This includes a private country club, corporate hotel chain, and an Arizona local culinary concept. Her main area of focus was catering sales, event planning, and marketing where she gained experience in coordinating weddings (while channeling her inner JLo from the Wedding Planner). Lauren has also done event planning for golf tournaments, wine pairing dinners, and several charity events. When Lauren decided to change career paths in 2018, she was instantly drawn towards the real estate industry and North&Co. Her professional goal is to take the opportunity to learn all the industry has to offer because no one should never stop learning in life. She is also working towards a personal goal of hers, to pet as many dogs as possible.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Andrea’s love for branding and marketing grew strong through years in various marketing roles specializing in social media management, digital marketing, brand strategy, and project management. She’s always had a passion for cultivating community – and Brand Management is the perfect harmony between her personal and professional interests. Strengthening an incredible brand and helping it connect with the community and inspire those in it? That’s the dream. Prior to joining the North&Co. team, Andrea was part of a successful start-up in the health and wellness industry local to the Twin Cities. Being part of a cohesive team of motivated and hungry entrepreneurs who run fast and far is familiar to her, and she loves the spirit of the hustle. Her goal is to always learn, grow, and improve. The culture at North&Co. immediately drew her in, and she knew this was a team she absolutely had to be part of. When she’s not working, Andrea loves getting out and exploring her new home in Scottsdale, AZ: hiking, checking out local coffee shops and restaurants, and trying to find the coolest cactus on the block (who knew there was such a thing as a purple prickly pear?!). She loves a good wine and cheese night, and a picture-perfect sunset moment.

Tiffany began her successful career in the Real Estate industry in 2002. Beginning in the Mortgage Industry as a wholesale processor, she then moved into Title and Escrow, where she became a Top Producing Account Executive. With that experience, Tiffany decided to move to the Real Estate side of the business and became the Transaction Manager for a top producing team and managed numerous transactions from start to finish successfully. She eventually started doing Real Estate Sales full time. Tiffany is currently working with North&Co. as a Managing Broker. Tiffany has closed many different types of transactions in including short sales, foreclosures and Traditional Purchases and Sales. Tiffany enjoys walking people through the process of purchasing and selling real estate, whether a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor. Tiffany currently resides in Chandler, AZ with her husband of 25 years and her two Children, Garrett and Brooke who are both currently in college.

Julie graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration. She went on to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer working for a large Chicago-based service provider here in the Valley. In 2013, Julie decided to change her career path and earned her Real Estate license. In 2016, she joined the Jason Hall Team and in 2018, they moved their team to North&Co. Her time at North&Co. has been spent managing The Jason Hall Team while working her own Real Estate business and in 2019 was named the Compliance Manager, where she strives to help and protect the agents within the brokerage. Her management experience stems from her volunteer world which includes acting President of her HOA since 2001, an Executive Board member of the Highland High School Football Booster Club and founding member and Secretary of a newly formed Soccer Club in Mesa. In her free time, Julie likes to spend time with her husband and 3 teenage boys. She enjoys watching the boys play and coach high school football, baseball and soccer. Monica is originally from the Bay Area in Northern California. She is a graduate of California State University Fullerton with a degree in Business Marketing. Her career began in marketing and management at Red Bull North America at the US headquarters in Santa Monica, California. In her time at Red Bull she was responsible for running the South Los Angeles Field Marketing program, Consumer Collecting team, and supporting local and national marketing events and initiatives. With a new love of professional and personal development Monica worked for international powerhouse Lululemon Athletica. She helped manage the team at the Beverly Hills and Brentwood stores providing world class customer experience, team coaching, professional and personal development. Leading at Lululemon solidified Monica’s life passion and purpose of coaching and goal setting to impact people in all aspects of their life. Prior to being at North&Co., Monica served as the Director of Operations for McGeorge CPAs helping run the firm while supporting the North&Co. agents creating their PLLCs. In the 3 years she worked at McGeorge CPAs she was able to experience and learn the unique culture and added value the brokerage provides to their agents. When she discovered the Real Estate Success Manager position, she knew it was in perfect alignment for her career and personal passions. Rachel was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She graduated from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation & Leisure Studies. She began her career in event planning at a restaurant hospitality group in Chicago, spending the better half of 4 years planning weddings, social and corporate events. From there, she discovered that her passion is providing support and joy to those who surround her. After spending most of her life in the cold, Rachel always pictured herself elsewhere. Somewhere with sun, sand, and dry heat! Then fate hit. During a vacation, Rachel met her boyfriend Jack, and 6 months later found herself driving to sunny Arizona to be with him! Since moving to Arizona, she has affirmed her childhood theory that she really is a summer girl. Her spare time is spent hiking, socializing, and petting ALL of the dogs! Rachel discovered North&Co. through our own Andrea Larson! Andrea & Rachel shared classes together at University of Minnesota and are excited to be reunited! Born and raised in beautiful Arizona, Stephanie graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and was a member of Pi Beta Phi. Stephanie is a free-spirited photographer, owning a small business since 2016. She enjoys making people smile, good conversation and a riveting game of “Don’t Judge Me But…” Stephanie joined North&Co. in 2019 as the company photographer and has since been welcomed onto the leadership team as Events & Education Coordinator. She will be the all smiles when you walk in the office and the one organizing all our events. Whatever you need, she will be there to assist with an upbeat attitude. Stephanie’s free time is spent rollerskating, cooking, and traveling. She is professionally trained in analog photography and has spent extensive years in a darkroom. Stephanie is a leader in the film photography community, holding photo walks once a month for local artists to meet up. Stephanie is a true crime fan and will always be up to talk Jonbenet Ramsey.
