Anthem was awarded Best Master Planned Community in 2001, Parenting’s Magazine’s Best Family-Friendly Neighborhoods in 2012, and Best Master Planned Community for Children in 2016. Every aspect of Anthem’s design plan was created with intention by Del Webb. His innovative use of wide streets, intentional green space, and a high number of recreational areas make the community of Anthem idyllic, comfortable, and welcoming.
The community is divided into three main subdivisions: Parkside, Country Club, and the Village, but consists of more than twenty subdivisions. Anthem is served by Deer Valley Unified School District as well as other charter and private schools, such as Anthem Preparatory Academy and North Valley Christian Academy.
