If you were to ask Andrea where her favorite place in the world is, at home cuddled up on the couch with her boyfriend Nick and beloved golden retrievers Barnabus & Brooks would be at the top of the list – a close second being out in Scottsdale discovering new favorite hotspots that have perfected the Aperol Spritz. The ultimate hype queen, she is known to support her tribe through & through. She may even leave a trail of sparkles wherever she goes. On a sunny Sunday in October in 2019, Andrea got goosebumps when she read the Brand Manager job description – her first role at North&Co. The connection was mutual and every day since she has cherished the opportunity of being the lead brand ambassador for the team. Each day she brings a personal passion to widen the platform on which North&Co. stands. She consistently levels up North&Co.’s brand by building bridges of social and technological commerce to seamlessly connect our agents and the clients they serve. Her goal is to wake up fresh each morning and channel her strategic energy and offer answers to questions before they even happen. And, she’s just getting started – she has a long list of ideas for advancing the brand and the dynamic community it creates. Prior to joining the North&Co. team, Andrea was part of a successful start-up in the health and wellness industry in the Twin Cities. Being part of a cohesive team of motivated entrepreneurs who run fast and far is familiar to her, and she loves the spirit of the hustle. Her goal is to always learn, grow, and improve. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Andrea’s love for branding and marketing grew through years in various marketing roles specializing in social media management, digital marketing, brand strategy, and project management. She’s always had a passion for cultivating community – and Brand Management is the perfect harmony between her personal and professional interests. Strengthening an incredible brand and helping it connect with the community and inspire those in it – that’s her dream.
