Monica Currier

STRENGTHS: Relator, Responsibility, Communication, Arranger, Discipline Monica is originally from the Bay Area in Northern California. She is a graduate of California State University Fullerton with a degree in Business Marketing. Her career began in marketing and management at Red Bull North America at the US headquarters in Santa Monica, California. In her time at Red Bull she was responsible for running the South Los Angeles Field Marketing program, Consumer Collecting team, and supporting local and national marketing events and initiatives. With a new love of professional and personal development Monica worked for international powerhouse Lululemon Athletica. She helped manage the team at the Beverly Hills and Brentwood stores providing world class customer experience, team coaching, professional and personal development. Leading at Lululemon solidified Monica’s life passion and purpose of coaching and goal setting to impact people in all aspects of their life. Prior to being at North&Co., Monica served as the Director of Operations for McGeorge CPAs helping run the firm while supporting the North&Co. agents creating their PLLCs. In the 3 years she worked at McGeorge CPAs she was able to experience and learn the unique culture and added value the brokerage provides to their agents. When she discovered the Real Estate Success Manager position, she knew it was in perfect alignment for her career and personal passions. In Monica’s role as Director of Development she ensures all agents and teams are properly connected to the people, resources, and tools they need to achieve success in life and in business. With her leadership skills and certifications Monica serves our agents to help them achieve their goals and aspirations within North&Co. and beyond. When Monica is not working she is having adventures with her husband Zac and their two kids, mentoring women, having zoom dates with her CA best friends, coordinating weddings, working out, and making memories with all of her AZ family members.
