Julie Martinez

Organized and servant-hearted, Julie does not rest until things are put in their place and the people she loves are properly cared for. With her three sons and her husband in tow, Julie is the conductor doing whatever she can to keep the Martinez family train running smoothly, and she does so with a selfless heart and quick humor that makes anyone laugh. Julie brings the same energy and care for each individual she works with at North&Co. – if you need a smile, a listening ear, or a piece of honest advice, Julie is your gal. As Managing Broker, Julie is responsible for organizing and leading the Compliance team with integrity, thoroughness, and efficiency. Naturally detail oriented, she is one of the rare souls in the world that would say they “love a good contract.” After working in the real estate industry for 5 years as an agent to the Jason Hall Team in Gilbert, Arizona, Julie found herself gravitating toward the intricacies of the transaction. She became determined to understand how the cogs in the machine that is the real estate contract works. When her team moved to North&Co. in May of 2018, she became her team's Managing Agent. Fast forward to June of 2019, Julie found herself in a full-time position at North&Co. as Compliance Manager. Julie quickly moved up the ranks from Compliance Manager to Senior Compliance Manager, and then in 2021 was promoted to Managing Broker. In addition, Julie has assumed the role of Chandler Branch Manager where she provides in-person broke -support. As a proud resident of the East Valley for 35 years, Julie is honored to represent her neighborhood and lead the North&Co. pack in its growth in the East Valley. Easily focused and drawn to competition, Julie’s rise in the Broker Department came as a surprise to no one. Julie's high level of competence in her role is an ode to her strong work ethic, which is largely apparent in both her personal and professional life. A day wherein she gets a moment to herself is not high on the priority list for Julie; she would rather eat dinner with her family and ask her sons about their day. She loves with loyalty, cares with consistency, and honors others with her honesty.
