Stephanie Gonzalez

STRENGTHS: Restorative, Achiever, Individualization, Relator, Belief Stephanie has been in the real estate industry since 1996, holding positions in sales, service, support, management and leadership with top local and national brands. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Sociology. Prior to being in Arizona, Stephanie served as the Director of Education for Coldwell-Banker in the San Francisco Bay Area, worked in the training department for retail magnate Nordstrom and sold real estate in the competitive Beverly Hills market. Since arriving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2005 Stephanie worked for local giant, Realty Executives. In her nine years with Realty Executives she worked for both the international franchise as well as the local Phoenix brokerage. The last position that she held at the local brokerage was the Executive Director of Support Services. In this role she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the company’s training/education, events, business development, social media, communications, public relations and marketing departments. In April of 2014, Stephanie Gonzalez was named the Chief Operating Officer of North&Co. In that position she is responsible for the operations, support services and strategic growth of the organization. She proudly works closely with CEO, Brian North, to maintain a brokerage that is nimble, innovative, relevant and ultimately offers a unique proposition to both consumers and their elite agent population.
