Julie Martinez

Julie is the Managing Broker and a Realtor® for North&Co.  Although being born and raised in Illinois, she has called the East Valley home for the last 35 years. After graduating from Chandler High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business at Arizona State University. Shortly after graduation, she became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in which she worked until her first son was born. Julie became a stay-at-home mom for the next 12 years while she raised her 3 boys. During that time, she grew to have a love for real estate and an interest in the Arizona market.  In 2013, Julie began her career in residential real estate with the intentions of helping friends and family find the right place to call home. Her honesty and integrity over the years have created many long-term relationships in real estate and has helped her to build her business. Julie is a hard-working, dedicated real estate professional who has the care and understanding to find a solution to her client’s real estate needs.  In 2018, she joined North&Co. to help take her business to unplanned, next levels. As a wife and mother of 3 young college students, her devotion to her clients is above and beyond the normal agent/client relationship. Julie will always be intentional and have the best interest of her client at hand. She will make sure the job gets done the right way.
