Jen Smith

Jen Smith has an enduring love for real estate that started when she was a young girl. Growing up as a third generation native of Phoenix, she has witnessed the tremendous expansion and changes the Greater Phoenix Metro area has experienced the last few decades. Born into a large, close family, Jen was raised amongst real estate enthusiast from real estate investors, commercial realtors, to several tradesmen and construction company owners. Jen continued her family legacy by graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration. After graduation, she traveled through Europe and fell in love with the wonders of travel. She pursued a career working for an international airline where she was fortunate to experience destinations and learn about other cultures she could have only dreamed of. Once she decided to start a family, Jen embarked with her career in real estate. Over 21 years in the business, she has worked in a variety of positions from new construction sales and resales as a, VP of Sales, Sales Manager, Branch Manager and Mentor/Trainer. She began her position as the VP of Sales at The Landmark while Tower II was under construction. She helped sell and oversee it through completion until the last few sales by working closely with the developer and team. She is very knowledgable about the unique lifestyle of living in Luxury condos and understands the construction and amenities desired with condo living. As a Sales Manager for the National Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers, she had extensive experience with starting new communities from the ground breaking phase to completion. She introduced brand new products for Toll Brothers such as their first condo project in the valley, The Villages at Aviano. Jen learned to set and manage expectations, coordinate communication and deliver superior service, which she was consistently recognized for. Over the years she has sold hundreds of homes (over 100M of real estate), received numerous awards as a top sales agent, top team in AZ and received lifetime achievement awards for all of her hard work and efforts. Jen has an innate ability to communicate and listen to her clients. Her work history, experience, dedication and passion allows her to connect with her clients in a special way. When Jen is not assisting her real estate clients, she spends time enjoying her family and friends, volunteering, traveling, hiking and doing yoga.
