Ed Durham

Men never plan to be failures; they simply fail to plan to be successful.
— William Arthur Ward
Ed Durham, a Team Leader of the Hunter Durham Team, has a lifelong passion for real estate. What began as a personal passion, became a full-time business in 2005. He understands real estate in a unique way because he is a real estate investor. Ed Durham and fellow Team Leader Eric Hunter met in 2009 while working for the same company. They were helping clients hit hard by the burst of the real estate bubble and economic downturn. Working together on numerous transactions, Ed and Eric developed a mutual respect and appreciation for their commitment to clients, talent, and strong work ethic. His passion is educating his clients. Ed prides himself on understanding the ever-changing landscape of residential real estate transactions and being able to communicate with his clients. His frustration is that buyers and sellers have often had a previous bad experience. His passion is creating a positive real estate experience, educating clients about their options and the process. His areas of expertise include: Traditional buying and selling transactions Investor transactions Short sale transactions (owing more than the home is worth) Seller carry-backs (the owner or seller is also the lender) Lease to purchase transactions Completion of more than 100 transactions since 2005 When he isn’t with clients or researching market trends, Ed Durham enjoys spending time with his wife and children. An avid sports fan, you will find him watching or attending sporting events. He enjoys pickup basketball games and hiking the trails throughout the Valley.
